All units are completely remodeled and feature many great upgrades. Luxury vinyl flooring has been installed throughout the apartment and offers a spacious living/dining area enhanced by large windows for an abundance of natural light. Cordless blinds were also installed for your privacy.

The kitchens have all new GE appliances (including dishwasher), counter tops and cabinets with modern black hardware. 

There are large bedrooms with full size closets where each master bedroom includes two separate his/hers lit up closets. There is also adjustable heat in each bedroom for your sleeping comfort.

Many other upgrades are provided for your comfort including new efficient water heaters, thermal windows and baseboard heaters. 

There are shared laundry rooms designated in each building for your convenience. Commercial grade machines are provided at a below market cost. In addition each apartment has its own individual entrance from the common areas.

Bright exterior LED lights are installed around each building along with a camera security system for your added safety.
